Why Do People Go On Holidays?
There are many reasons why people go on a cruise or a holiday. Some people like travelling so they visit different places every year. Some people are looking for warm countries to enjoy some sunshine and get tanned. People from the UK normally look for sunny weather as we don’t get much sun over here. To be honest lately we have had lovely sunny mornings but end of the day it’s the same old gray clouds over our head. That’s why people look for cruises or holidays to get out of here for better weather.
I was born and bred in a warm asian country and have been based in the UK for over 15 years now. Every year I have been getting out of UK to visit warmer countries for holidays, whether in Europe, America, Africa or Asia. I take Royal Caribbean cruises atleast once a year and yes I do get paid very well. Caribbean is certainly my favourite place for a holiday and I take my wife there every year to celebrate our anniversary. We got married in Bermuda few years ago. There are other reasons why people go on a holiday, one of them is personal reasons like mine.
Another reason for a holiday or a trip is lots of people live in a different country than to their family or parents, so they would want to visit them atleast once a year. For example I have few families in Australia, Nepal and America. Sometimes I goto Australia, sometimes America and most of the time Nepal - I do miss my parents. I tend to go visit my family atleast once every year. Sometimes I just go on a cruising trip to Caribbean for peace and quiet.
Another reason for a holiday is to take a break from work. Some people have stressful jobs, so they want to get away from that environment, which I think is a very good idea as sometime it can do your health some damage.
