If you are thinking about getting a home to travel to in the summer have you thought about where it is going to be. Many people out there will take a look at their favourite place to travel too and have a look there first. It really first depends on the kind of weather you like. For a cold climate you could choose a nice igloo in the Arctic or in seriousness a small place in Canada. Hotter climates include places like Spain, USA and general places within Europe. England is also another great place to visit although I am not sure many people would want a holiday home here simply because it is very cold here in the winter and even the summer.

America

The USA is actually the place I would reccommend to you going to simply because it has a wonderful choice of places as well as having great food and friendly people. The State I would choose? It would have to be Orlando, Florida simply because of all the great things to do there as well as the fact I have been there many times and it is the only place that I truly feel happy in.

Spain

This can be a good place to have a home in for a number of reasons. The food is amazing, the people very nice and the countryside is wonderful. It would seem that wherever I go in Spain I get the same reception from the people, a very good one. The great thing is that the food is good and can again choose to stay within a city or countryside. If you are planning on getting a house here and using it in the summer you simply must have a pool.

France

This is a wonderful country because it has so many things in it like the cities, countryside as well as the hot or cold climate. France is a good place to spend a holiday in because of all of the culture the country is home to as well as the different climates.

So there you have it, just a few of the places that you could be looking into when thinking about buying a holiday home, make sure that you also have holiday homes insurance as this will help you out if you choose to rent the property out.

Even if you are thinking about getting a nice cottage you should think about holiday cottage insurance just to back you up if something does go wrong.
