Some cruises recently left UK to different destinations such as Amsterdam, France, Germany and Spain to help the stranded passengers as all the airports were closed. One of the ship that left UK was Celebrity Eclipse cruise ship. Eclipse cancelled their launch which was meant to happen on April 22^nd to help the UK travellers who were stranded because of the volcano in Iceland.

Many people from the UK went abroad for a holiday to celebrate Easter with their family but they have been stuck their because of this. Few managed to come back by train or ferry but a lot of them are still abroad waiting for some help. Celebrity cruises arrived in the Southampton, UK on the 20^th of April and then was off to Spain to pick the travellers. It departed to Bilbao, Spain to pick up over 2,000 vacationers.

The ship is dedicated to the UK and helping the British public in its arrival is a great thing done by the ship. The question is why didn’t they made their way home by train or ferry earlier, the answer to that is not everyone had money to spend on other transports. This great help from Celebrity Eclipse will definitely comes as a surprise but this is something that has to be done to help these vacationers get home. Most of them are missing work. Some are missing school and universities especially when the exams are near. As you may be have seen in BBC news there was a massive smile on people’s face and also relief of knowing that a cruise is coming to help them to take them home. They said they were excited to come back home and also would like to thank Celebrity cruise ship for this help. Some said they will definitely go on a cruise holidays in this cruise ship one day.

My next holiday is definitely going to be a cruising holiday to either silversea cruises or voyages of discovery, I will definitely be choosing Celebrity Eclipse. Celebrity cruises have also won an award of being one of the trusted surveys of consumer travel preferences in the World. This is a massive achievement from them. They have already had several awards from travel industry. They are definitely building their reputation in a positive manner.
